Walter CRM is a product of PXM Software Solutions LLC (“PXM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, billing details.
- Business Information: Customer data, transaction history, communications and notes you upload to the Service.
- Technical Information: IP address, browser and device identifiers, log files, and usage activity.
- Financial Information: Payment details for subscription processing (handled via secure third-party processors).
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: Session cookies, preferences, authentication tokens, analytics tools (see Section 8).

5. Data Retention
- Active Accounts: We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
- After Cancellation: Your account data remains available for export for 60 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted from production systems unless law requires longer retention.
- Financial Records: Retained for up to 7 years to meet tax and compliance requirements.
- Backups: Residual data in backups is automatically purged on a rolling cycle (typically within 90 days).
6. Data Security & Breach Notification
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures—such as encryption in transit, secure hosting environments, and access controls—to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a data breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify affected users and, where required, regulators within the timelines set by applicable law.
